Galaxy Machinery, incorporated in 1991, focused on CNC Turn-Mills, CNC Vertical Machining Centers and Robotic Automation Manufacturing and Exporting to USA, Europe, Middle East & SA. Today it has grown into a multi-location, diversified Company with a work force of 200+ and 24 Sales & Service locations across India. Galaxy has Manufacturing Facility at Belgaum. Galaxy has 98% Clients retain-ability so far, including all big names like Toyota, Kennametal, TVS Group, Tata Motors, Titan, Bharat Forge, etc.

After the successful co-operation, since 2008, with Biglia, Italy, the leading European manufacturer of multi-tasking, multi-axes CNC Turn Mills and CNC Integrated Mill-Turns, Galaxy has now entered into Joint Venture with another Leading European Sliding Head Lathe Manufacturer-Tajmac-ZPS, Czech Republic.

TAJMAC GROUP

Established in 1944, the Company started manufacturing Lathes by employing more than 150 even at that time and was supplying these machines to Defense, which are used on military vehicles. The bombing raids of 1944 caused the overnight destruction of the company facilities and forced Amedeo Tajariol to start all over again after the end of the war. The new company, Tajariol Macchine Utensili, now known as TAJMAC-MTM, started by salvaging machinery of war-damaged plants, rebuilding it and selling it to companies in an area which soon expanded to encompass the whole of Italy.

TAJMAC-ZPS, the Czech Republic Company at Zlin has been active in India for more than ten years and during this time, it has already delivered good volume of CNC machine tools to Indian private and government companies. Due to various capacity and logistic constraints and growing Indian market demand for sliding Head stock Turning Centers and Turn mills for the Auto, Aerospace, Medical and Defence weaponry sectors, TAJMAC-ZPS company decided to establish their enterprise in India and, after more than two years of effort, TAJMAC-ZPS have found a suitable partner, sufficiently experienced, technically competent, Quality Conscious and with an established sales & service network across India.

Joint Venture Company between TAJMAC-ZPS and GALAXY MACHINERY for manufacturing of the MANURHIN CNC Sliding Head lathes has now been established with main office in Bangalore and a manufacturing plant in Belgaum. Galaxy-Tajmac Machinery is in the forefront in offering top of the world class solutions in Sliding Head Stock Turning Lathes and Turn-Mills, starting from 6 Axes up to 11 Axes for Indian Customers.
