FIBRO India, 100% own subsidiary of FIBRO GmbH, Germany have been present in the Indian market for more than the decade serving Indian engineering industry.

At FIBRO India, we have been working on the development of few products to meet the domestic as well as export demand. We have enhanced our production capacity by adding new CITIZEN CNC Turning machine as well as Twin Spindle Induction Hardening Machine. Now we have started producing 'Spring Plunger' at FIBRO India. The first few thousand spring plungers were delivered to our plant in Germany as well as to the domestic market.

We are striving to reduce the delivery time by increasing our stock of fast moving parts, so that you will not be held up.

In addition, we have also started exporting our manufactured standard parts directly to FIBRO subsidiaries in China, Singapore, Korea, USA etc.

FIBRO India - HEMA Cooperation

Recently, we collaborated with one reputed European brand - HEMA Maschinen- und Apparateschutz GmbH.

For more than thirty-five years, HEMA has been manufacturing protective systems for the world's machinery building sectors. Through consistent further development, HEMA Group expanded their production to several sites in Germany and abroad for most efficient service to the customers worldwide. 

Products offered by HEMA are mainly -

• Protection and window systems
  First range of products - bellows for the protection of linear guides - HEMA engineered the SAMURAI range of product, lamella protected bellows and aprons and also complete backwall systems. 
  In addition to spiral springs other products such as telescopic steel covers, roller systems, machine safety windows.
  VISIPORT@Spin windows and LED lighting systems completes the range of offers.
• Clamping and Braking Systems
  Within the last ten years HEMA also enlarged second sphere of competence which newly includes pneumatic and electromagnetic clamping and braking systems and also manual and mechanical clamping systems.

To fulfill the demands of our customers from Automotive Die Making Industry, We, FIBRO India, has signed one more strategic alliance with another reputed European brand OMCR, Italy.

OMCR started its activity on precision machining 40 years ago. FIBRO India is in association with OMCR for Standard Die components, Cam Units and Lifting Elements. The most significant thing about OMCR is that they have been approved by OEMs like BMW, Mercedes Benz, Ford, Renault, VW/Audi, Volvo, PSA, OEPL, FCA and many more.

• Cam Slide Units - FIBRO Germany as well as FIBRO India are continuously endeavoring to enlarge the product offerings in Cam Units. Because of this, we have recently come up with new Cam Unit series, which are popular in every market now.
• Guide Post - On customer demand, FIBRO India has modified the Guide Post Tolerance Band to compatible as well as interchangeable Asian Standards which were formerly in line to European Norms.
