Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA) is all set to organize ‘IMTEX 2019 & Tooltech 2019’ at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bangalore from 24th to 30th January 2019. The show which had a small beginning when first organized at Vikhroli in Mumbai in 1969 is crossing a milestone by completing 50 years.
The infrastructure at IMTMA has been expanded. A new state-of-the-art exhibition hall (Hall 5) measuring 17,500 square metres has been built. The hall is identical to Hall 4 and brings forth a number of benefits for exhibitors and business visitors alike. Exhibition organizers will see using this hall as a natural choice for events and IMTMA expects more number of organizers to book space in this new hall.
U-turn to IMTMA Made Easy with Underpass
Visitors to IMTEX will have an easier ride into the campus of Bangalore International Exhibition Centre this time as the National Highways Authority of India, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Govt. of India is nearing completion of the construction of a vehicular underpass to smoothen the flow of traffic.The underpass will enable smoother movement of vehicles during the exhibition and hindrance on the National Highway is expected to be minimized.

36th Meeting of IMTMA Regional Council (North)
"14 December 2018: ISGEC: Yamuna Nagar" - The 36th meeting of IMTMA Regional Council (North) was held at ISGEC in Yamuna Nagar.
Being held in conjunction with IMTEX 2019 exhibition, this International seminar will dwell extensively on new manufacturing strategies, review and address emerging trends, as well as expose users and manufacturers to a range of value added machining solutions.
