Delhi Machine Tool Expo 2017

IMTMA is organizing the second edition of the Delhi Machine Tool Expo 2017 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 10 to 13 August 2017. DMTX 2017 will also focus on Metrology (Metrology Expo 2017) and Welding (WeldExpo 2017).

Design of Workholding & Fixturing

5 - 6 September, Bangalore

Design of workholding & fixturing is key to effective utilization of machine tools. IMTMA is organizing a two-day seminar in Bangalore. The focus will be on various types of workholding fixtures, key factors and technical features of workholding fixtures, design of basic elements of a fixture, etc.



Hands-on training in Programming and Operation of CNC Machining Centres

11 - 15 September 2017, Pune

IMTMA is organizing a 5-day programme in Pune to address the programming and operation of CNC Machining centres in detail including finer aspects like control of dimensions, surface finish and optimization of machining parameters.



Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis

13 - 15 September 2017, Bangalore

IMTMA is organizing a 3-day programme in Bangalore to cover aspects of component tolerances as well as statistical methods. The programme will introduce participants to tolerance stack up analysis.





Towards Zero Defects in Welding Applications

21 - 22 September 2017, Gurgaon

Welding is a top class manufacturing process and is important for industrial activity. IMTMA is organizing a 2-day programme in Gurgaon to enable practicing engineers develop full technical understanding of zero defects in welding applications, and solve manufacturing issues related to welding process.



Cost and Cycle Time Reduction in CNC Machining

22 - 23 September 2017, Coimbatore

IMTMA is organizing a 2-day training on cycle time reduction in CNC machining at Coimbatore. The programme will focus on turning centre and machining centre applications, fineries of turning centre operations and techniques, etc.



Machine Tool Design - Rapid

18 September - 4 November 2017, Pune

IMTMA is organizing a 4-week course on machine tool design in Pune. The course will introduce participants to machine tool design, pre-process activities such as design input, conceptualization, machine specification, 3D modeling of parts, sub-assemblies, and final assembly using popular design CAD tools. Design for accuracy, manufacturing and assembly will also be addressed.
